Altitude 1260 is set high above the Crackenback Valley on the Alpine Way and offers spectacular views of the Snowy Mountains and Lake Jindabyne. With its setting on 100 hectares of natural bushland, it offers the perfect peaceful Snowy Mountains getaway for couples and families alike.
Thredbo is a 20 minute drive further along the Alpine Way, while Jindabyne with its watersports and shopping is only 10 minutes away. At the lodge itself when you aren't being amazed by the panoramic views there is an outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, games room and comfortable guest lounge.
The lodge receives regular visits from the local wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies and wombats.
